# ML Data Associate (MLDA)

Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate to perform fundamental labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

## Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of strict confidentiality as customer privacy is the primary principle
• Work with various types of data: text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Delivery of high-quality labeled data according to guidelines and KPIs using internal tools
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly switch between different task types
• Support daily operational objectives for multiple task types
• Analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions
• Identify daily process and operational issues and suggest improvements
• Show ownership in supporting clarification of internal queries

## Basic Requirements

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent Dutch language proficiency
• Written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
• Strong business writing skills
• Advanced reading comprehension
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong ability to interpret and implement instructions
• Research skills
• Proven attention to detail

## Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution
• Capacity to effectively use open-source resources
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments
• Project coordination or management experience
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
