# Data Entry Clerk - AI Data Labeling

Amazon is seeking Data Entry Clerks to undertake foundational labeling functions for AI training data. In this role, you will work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video to support the responsible development and deployment of large language models.

## Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all Amazon policies for securing confidential information
• Work with multiple data modalities: text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across various formats
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information
• Maintain eye for detail and ability to pivot between different task requirements
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple assigned task types
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting improvements
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution
• Undertake tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data
