# ML Data Associate (MLDA)
Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate to perform fundamental labeling tasks, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.
## Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is paramount
- Work with various data types: text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labeled data according to guidelines using in-house tools
- Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality data across different modalities
- Form sound judgment and make logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Attention to detail and ability to switch between tasks quickly
- Support daily operational outcomes for multiple task types
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions
- Identify day-to-day process and operational issues and suggest improvements
- Show ownership in supporting the clarification of internal questions
## Basic Requirements
- Associate's Degree or related work experience
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
- Written and spoken knowledge of English (CEFR C1+) essential
- Strong business writing skills
- Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents
- Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong capacity for interpreting and implementing detailed instructions
- Well-developed research skills
- Proven eye for detail in complex tasks
