As a GenAI Engineer, you look beyond the current GenAI hype. You explore, build and scale breakthrough technologies that others only read about. You take a leading role in advancing GenAI projects across various industries, including autonomous innovation, AI work assistants and GenAI platforms. You fulfill the tech lead role on a project basis and mentor junior colleagues in both technical and customer-facing aspects.

You work end-to-end from data to production, see your solutions live in real-world environments and combine AI, software engineering and business impact. You design and build robust software systems, take systems from idea to production, make architectural decisions, ensure scalability, lead engineering teams and translate business questions into technical solutions.

Your time consists of 70% client project work and 30% research and internal domain work. You are more than an engineer - you are a builder and consultant in one.
