Hi | AI Software Engineer | Den Bosch | Consultancy | 90k

As an AI Software Engineer, you develop, train and optimize machine learning models and AI agents for our clients. You support organizations in realizing intelligent and scalable AI applications and translate technical capabilities into concrete solutions with real impact.

You design and build end-to-end AI pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, serving and monitoring. You integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude and open-source models into both existing and new client applications.

You develop advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and knowledge graphs to make AI systems smarter and more effective.

You run experiments to evaluate and improve model performance, with attention to explainability, bias and fairness. You contribute to thinking about the technical architecture of AI solutions in the cloud and help set up and improve CI/CD processes for machine learning and AI workloads (MLOps).

You work closely with fellow engineers, data specialists and client teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. You play an active role in code reviews, sharing best practices and further professionalizing the AI engineering team.
