# Senior Specialist AI & Chatbots

## Your role in our team
As Senior Specialist AI & Chatbots, you are the strategic and technical driving force behind our customer's AI-driven customer interaction platforms. You are responsible for developing, implementing and scaling LLM and chatbot solutions that radically improve our BSS/CRM processes.
You combine strategic insight with technical expertise and leadership. You manage teams, mentor specialists, and help the organization mature in AI. You are a co-builder of vision, roadmap and architecture, and ensure that AI solutions are implemented safely, scalably and future-proof.
## What will you do?
- Lead a team of AI, chatbot and data experts within the BSS/CRM domain.
- Develop the AI and conversational strategy, roadmap and architecture for CRM processes and customer interactions.
- Design, build and optimize LLM models, chatbots and intelligent automations.
- Integrate generative AI applications within CRM/BSS (for example customer cases, service flows, billing, provisioning).
- Ensure alignment with business, IT, architecture and data teams to implement AI solutions at scale and securely.
- Monitor ethics, privacy (GDPR), compliance and security in all AI solutions.
- Monitor performance and quality of conversational interfaces, and continuously improve based on data analytics.
- Advise stakeholders, from product owners to executives, on new AI capabilities, innovations and best practices.
- Play a steering role in vendor selection, technology choices and partnerships (AI platforms, conversational suites, cloud providers).
- Lead pilots, POCs and implementations to bring AI innovations to production.
## What do you bring?
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with AI, NLP, LLMs or chatbot technology; experience in a leadership or senior role.
- Experience with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Rasa, Cognigy or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of conversational design, prompt engineering, training and evaluation of LLM models.
- Understanding of CRM/BSS domains (such as customer cases, service, billing, order management).
- Experience with Python or other AI/NLP-suitable languages.
- Experience with data, cloud and integration architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong leadership qualities: coaching, connecting, directive.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management up to C-level.
- Experience managing complex projects or programs within enterprise environments.
- Strong vision on ethical and secure deployment of generative AI.
