## Your role
You design, build and implement AI solutions that are actually used in production at leading organizations. You work end to end from data to production and see your solutions live in real world environments.
You combine AI, software engineering and business impact with strong ownership and autonomy. You work alongside smart, driven engineers.
## Your impact
- You are a tech lead, builder and consultant in one
- You design and build end to end AI solutions and bring systems from idea to production
- You make architectural decisions, ensure scalability and lead teams of engineers
- You translate business questions into technical solutions
- You build scalable systems with MLOps and CI/CD
- You provide technical expertise in client conversations to create new opportunities
- You spend 70% of your time on client project work and 30% on research and internal domain work

## What you bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
- Proven track record in delivering end to end solutions to production
- Experience with GenAI, cloud platforms and leading projects or small technical teams
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- Familiar with MLOps principles
- Passion for building robust, scalable systems
