## AI Engineer - Lead Role on Project Basis
Build AI systems that make real impact and are actually used in production at leading organizations.
### What you do:
- Design, build and implement end-to-end AI solutions from data to production
- Make architectural decisions, ensure scalability and lead teams of engineers
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Build scalable systems with MLOps and CI/CD
- Provide technical expertise in customer conversations
- 70% customer project work, 30% research and internal domain work
### What you bring:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions to production
- Experience with GenAI, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and project management
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- Familiarity with MLOps principles
- Passion for robust, scalable systems
