# AI Automation Engineer

This is not a theoretical role. You're the person who spots opportunities where colleagues still work manually, who makes this concrete for the team, and who then builds the agent or automation themselves. From idea to live solution—that's your playground.

## What will you do?

### 1. Identify opportunities

• Analyze processes and identify where AI agents, automation, or LLM applications add real value
• Opportunities may exist in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Performance, or Operations
• Prioritize based on impact, complexity, and feasibility
• Think like an entrepreneur: what's the return, what's the cost, when will it be ready?

### 2. Validate with the team

• Translate technical capabilities into clear business cases for colleagues and leadership
• Create visual deliverables: process diagrams, flowcharts, scope documents
• Discuss and validate solutions with the people who work with them daily, before building starts

### 3. Design and scope

• Turn a validated idea into a concrete design: architecture, dataflow, user journey
• Define scope: what do we build in phase 1, what later?
• Document clearly so the team always knows what's being built and why

### 4. Build and implement yourself

• Build AI agents, automation workflows, and integrations—from first prototype to production-ready solution
• Work with tools like Claude / Claude Code, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, or whatever you find works best
• Create robust, maintainable solutions that truly help your colleagues

## Who are you?

• You combine technical depth with strong business sense
• You can translate complex AI possibilities into clear language for non-technical colleagues
• You work independently from analysis to delivery
• You're hands-on: you'd rather build than make slide decks
• You have demonstrable experience building AI agents, automation pipelines, or LLM applications
• You speak fluent Dutch and English
