### What you'll do

• Manage and coach the performance team
• Define and oversee strategy across Google, Meta and other channels
• Own performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, growth)
• Scale campaigns and accounts to the next level
• Translate data and AI insights into strategic decisions
• Contribute to positioning, targeting and growth strategies
• Optimise processes, structure and team practices
• Collaborate with product and tech to maximise AI usage
• Drive growth for clients and Aizy directly

### What we're looking for

• Minimum 5, preferably 7 years of experience in performance marketing (SEA / Paid Social)
• Experience managing or coaching a team
• Strong strategic and analytical insight
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and tracking (GA4)
• Understand how to scale campaigns and maintain profitability
• Data-driven and results-oriented
• Proactive and takes ownership
• Interest in AI and automation within marketing
• Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up
