# Customer Success Manager at Aizy

Guides Aizy customers towards measurable marketing results through smart use of AI, data and continuous optimization. Responsible for customer retention and growth through strong relationships, data insights and identifying commercial opportunities.

## What you'll do

• Onboarding of new customers
• Proactive customer management: regular check-ins and evaluations
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitoring results and customer satisfaction
• Liaising between customers and marketing specialists (SEA/SEO/CRO)
• Advising on deployment and optimization of marketing services and tools
• Resolving and escalating issues

## What we're looking for

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Familiarity with online marketing campaigns in Google and Meta Ads
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing tools
• Proactive, independent and results-focused
• Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Curious about AI and how it makes marketing smarter
• Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up environment
