# Business Development Representative (BDR)

At Aizy, we are building an AI-driven growth platform that makes performance marketing fundamentally more successful. We combine smart technology with top-tier performance marketers to continuously optimize and scale campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.

## Your role
As a BDR, you are responsible for developing strategic new business opportunities within mid-market and larger accounts. You focus not on volume, but on opening the right doors at the right companies. You operate at the intersection of sales and strategy and have direct impact on high-value pipeline and larger deals.

## What you will do

  • Identify and target strategic accounts within our SMB + ICPs (e-commerce, scale-ups)
  • Set up and execute account-based outreach (ABM) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engage multiple stakeholders within one organization (multi-threading)
  • Conduct qualitative discovery conversations focused on pain points, opportunities, and fit
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Qualify high-intent opportunities for Account Executives
  • Work closely with Marketing on target audience, campaigns, and messaging
  • Continuously optimize your approach, personalization, and conversion

## What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales
  • Experience with mid-market and/or larger accounts is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills (NL + ENG)
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Comfortable in conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Persistence and ownership of your accounts
  • Curious and eager to learn, with interest in AI and marketing
  • Structured and disciplined in your approach
