# Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact with potential customers. You establish the foundation for new partnerships by conducting conversations, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities. You ensure our Sales Managers can focus on closing deals.

## What you will do

• Conduct phone calls with business leads
• Qualify leads based on need and potential
• Schedule appointments for Sales Managers
• Identify commercial opportunities
• Record conversations in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team on targets
• Contribute ideas on commercial initiatives

## What we are looking for

• Minimum 24 hours per week availability
• MBO 4 work and thinking level
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone
• Commercial mindset
• Results-driven and proactive
• Fluent Dutch

• Salary between €2,600 and €3,250 (full-time)
