# AI Data Associate (Dutch-English Bilingual), Artificial General Intelligence Data Services

## About the Role
Amazon is investing in generative AI and the responsible development and deployment of large language models (LLMs). We are looking for an AI Data Associate to undertake foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

## Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow strict confidentiality as customer privacy is critical
• Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines to meet KPIs using in-house tools and software
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to pivot between task categories
• Provide support on daily operational deliverables for multiple task types
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting improvements
• Demonstrate ownership in floor support and clarify internal queries during execution
