## Outbound Sales Representative
Actively conduct (cold) calls within the agricultural sector. Qualify the interests and needs of prospects. Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Specialist. Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in Pipedrive. Work with clear weekly targets for qualified meetings.
## Sales Representative (Italy)
Develop and expand Agurotech's presence on the Italian agricultural market, particularly in Emilia-Romagna. Direct sales to farmers and support for distributor partners. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels. Build strong relationships with cooperatives, agronomists, technicians, and local stakeholders. Conduct field demonstrations, technical events, and participate in agricultural trade shows.
## Sales Specialist
Actively call (warm and cold) leads and convert leads to prospects. Visit prospects to convert them to customers. Identify and develop new customer groups and segments. Build strong relationships with customers and partners. Present our solutions through demonstrations, customer meetings, and trade shows. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and achieve commercial goals.
## Sales And Marketing Intern
Support the sales and business development team in daily commercial activities, assist with lead generation and qualification. As a Software Engineer (Automation & Integrations), you design, build, and improve the internal systems, integrations, and automation that support Agurotech's growth. You create scalable software solutions that replace manual processes. Design and implement software solutions that automate manual or fragile workflows. Connect internal and external tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Ensure reliable KPI reporting and real-time insights.
## Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer
Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer responsible for end-to-end optical measurement architecture for a next-generation soil measurement system. This is a hands-on role and single-owner, high-impact R&D position. Define the measurement concept and system requirements. Build, align, and debug optical setups and prototypes. Develop validation plans and test protocols. Close collaboration with embedded engineering.
