Agurotech is seeking multiple profiles for different positions:

Outbound Sales Representative
Conduct active (cold) conversations within the agricultural sector, qualify prospects' interests and needs, schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Specialist, record conversations and follow-ups in Pipedrive, work towards weekly targets for qualified appointments.

Sales Associate (Italy)
Develop and expand Agurotech's presence in the Italian agricultural market, particularly in Emilia-Romagna. Direct sales to farmers, support for distributor partners, identify new business opportunities, build relationships with cooperatives and agronomists, conduct field demonstrations and participate in agricultural trade shows.

Sales Specialist
Proactively call leads and convert them to prospects, visit prospects, identify new customer segments, build relationships with customers and partners, present solutions through demonstrations and trade shows, collaborate with the team.

Sales and Marketing Intern
Support sales and business development team, lead generation and qualification, market research for potential customers and business opportunities, CRM maintenance, outreach and follow-up communication, prepare presentations and proposals, collaborate with internal teams.

Operations Automation Engineer (Systems & Integrations)
Design, implement and improve operational systems, automation and integrations for a fast-growing tech company. Focus on process automation, data integration and scalable operational systems in supply chain, production, logistics and inventory management.

Software Engineer
Design and build scalable software solutions and automation for internal processes. Automate manual workflows, integrate internal and external tools via APIs and webhooks, ensure reliable KPI reporting and real-time insights.

Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer
End-to-end optical measurement architecture for next-generation soil measurement system. Architecture and system design, build and debug practical prototypes, validation plans and test protocols, functional leadership and collaboration with embedded engineering.
