# ML Data Associate (MLDA)
Amazon is looking for an ML Data Associate to undertake foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. You will work with a range of different types of data and deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools as part of Amazon's commitment to developing and deploying AI responsibly.
## Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow strict confidentiality as customer privacy is paramount
- Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines to meet KPIs using in-house tools and software
- Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to pivot between different task requirements
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types assigned to you and the team
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
- Identify day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations
- Demonstrate ownership in floor support to clarify internal queries during execution
## Basic Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or related work experience
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language
- Written and spoken knowledge of English (CEFR C1+)
- Strong business writing skills
- Advanced reading comprehension
- Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions
- Proficient research skills
- Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
