### Your role

As an SDR, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities. You open doors, start conversations and ensure the right prospects engage with Aizy. You are at the front line of our growth. You work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build a strong, predictable pipeline.

### What you will do

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Identify and target the right SME ICPs (e-commerce, scale-ups)
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs clearly
• Schedule high-quality meetings for BDRs and Account Executives
• Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
• Work with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Continuously optimize your outreach and messaging

### What we are looking for

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or a commercial role
• Strong communication skills (NL + ENG is a plus)
• Energy, drive and a clear winning mentality
• Comfortable with targets and performance KPIs
• Persistence; you don't give up after a "no"
• Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in AI and marketing
• Structured and disciplined in your way of working
